AR JOTO BAJE KHABAR JEMON CHOLA,FRUITS ETO HEALTHY KENO"IT MEANT WHY ARE THE TASTY STUFFS LIKE FRIES AND ALL ARE HIGH IN CALORIES ,BUT THE TASTELESS STUFFS LIKE FRUITS ,CORNS,GRAM SEEDS ARE MOST HEALTHY?.HA HA HA indeed a matter to laugh but very unfortunately its true and is a very serious issue..

Fitness and workout ! 2 freaky terms for our young generation, the young generation of India ,probably the future of our country! obesity has become a common feature for all youngsters! and under weight ,a shape less body is also on dashboard.very few have perfect body shape ,perfect weight,stamina to work out etc.this is not at all a glorifing and a matter of appreciation!the enormous growth of fast food centres ,overseas marketing companies dealing with food stuffs in india projects the shamefull result in health matters! media and flims are in help other way! actors like Salman,Rithik and others with great physique has left an impact on young boys and gals ,motivating them to think of  their healthy lyf and good physique and figure ! still little awareness of healthy diet and exercise can bring u a good life to live and a mentality of great confidence! 

You have probably heard it all about the importance of physical activity in daily life from fitness experts. But what makes it all the more significant is how you interpret this knowledge into your lives. It is significant that you really include physical activity in your daily routine. TODAY AM A HAPPY PERSON BUT HAVNT LEFT THE PATH OF FITNESS,I WORKOUT DAILY TO GET A PERFECT PHYSIQUE LIKE MY PERSONAL TRAINERS I LITERALLY THANK MY GURU "BIRENDRA PRASAD"AND DIETICIAN "ATRI"  INCLUDING VALMIKIDA,AND SUBHANKAR DA FROM TALWALKARS FITNESS CENTRE SALTLAKE FOR GIVING ME A NEW PERSONALITY A NEW LIFE THAT I NEVER EXPECTED TO GET IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD,STILL LOTS OF WORK TO BE DONE, I HOPE WITH THE CARING OF MY SIR BIRENDA I'L REACH MY GOAL VERY SOON!
